The 6,000-square-meter metal roof of this project is divided into 24 faces and inverted faces. The appearance is composed of multiple polygonal shapes. The pumping station has 4 large generator sets. In order to effectively solve the corner waterproofing problem, 1.0mm aluminum magnesium manganese roof walls and wall corners are all welded with aluminum welding. The welding volume is 1650 meters of welding position and processed. In order to reduce the noise of the generator set, this project uses a total thickness of 300mm thermal insulation rock wool and two layers of 100mm thick sound-absorbing cotton. Our company uses a single multi-point fixed mesh piece to fix the construction problem of the ultra-thick thermal insulation and sound-absorbing layer on the inverted surface.

This project won the Qianjiang Cup and the Luban Award for China Construction Engineering in 2016~2017. The Hangzhou Sanbao Drainage Project became the first water conservancy project in the history of Hangzhou to win the Luban Award.
