Stainless Steel Coil

Color-coated stainless steel coil

Color-coated stainless steel coil is a composite material with one or more layers of organic coating (such as PVDF, PE, PET, etc.) coated on the surface of a stainless steel substrate. It combines the corrosion resistance of stainless steel with the decorative and weather resistance of the coating. It is widely used in the fields of construction, home appliances, transportation, etc., which not only meets functional requirements but also improves aesthetics.

Product characteristics

1. Aesthetics:

The surface is covered with colored coatings (such as PVDF, PE, PET, etc.), providing a variety of colors and gloss options, and is highly decorative.

2. Corrosion resistance:

The stainless steel substrate (such as 304, 316) is corrosion-resistant in itself, and the coating further isolates environmental erosion and extends its life.

3. Weather resistance:

The coating is UV-resistant, acid-resistant, and suitable for outdoor use (such as building curtain walls).

4. Easy processing:

It can be cut, bent, and stamped to meet different processing needs.

5. Environmental protection:

Some coatings are chromium-free and meet RoHS and other environmental protection standards.

6. Cleaning and maintenance:

The surface is smooth, not easy to stain, and easy to clean.
