Titanium zinc coil is an alloy material based on high-purity zinc (99.995%), with a small amount of titanium (about 0.06%-0.2%) and copper (about 0.08%-1%) added. Its excellent corrosion resistance, self-healing and long life make it an ideal choice for construction, industry and other fields.

 

Product characteristics

1. Strong corrosion resistance

- A dense basic zinc carbonate protective layer (Patina) is formed on the surface, which can self-repair minor scratches, adapt to acid and alkali environments, and has a lifespan of 50-100 years.

2. Excellent mechanical properties

- Titanium elements improve creep resistance and strength, reduce thermal expansion and contraction deformation, and are suitable for complex processing (such as bending and stamping).

3. Environmentally friendly and non-toxic

- 100% recyclable, free of harmful substances, and meets green building standards (such as LEED certification).

4. Aesthetics

- After natural oxidation, it presents a blue-gray matte texture, and can also be pre-oxidized or coated to provide a variety of colors (such as graphite gray, olive green).

5. Weather resistance

- Adapt to extreme climates from -40℃ to 80℃, UV resistant, no fading.
